This is a very simple 10/100/1000 PCI network card and it does exactly what it says on the tin! I've just installed 4 of them in a small office network along with a Netgear GS108 Gigabit Switch. 1Gbps network for £100, bargain. These cards are easy to install, come with driver disk and work a treat. (I installed on XP, so couldn't check Vista compatibility)

Couldn't find any drivers on the Marvell Yukon 88E8xxx chipset for this card. However, I did download and install the drivers for the Realtek RTL8169/8110 Family Gigabit Ethernet NIC. (Realtek pretty much do all the chipsets... Well, them and Broadcom.) The RTL8169/8110 driver worked a treat. It even supports WOL now.
Maybe Belkin price this card at the lower end of the scale and configure their drivers to leave out the good stuff to encourage us to buy the more expensive kit. Thank God for a bit of techno-savvy and some homework. Oh, and thank you Realtek!
Still early days in testing the card so if I run into any issues I'll update. ;-)
