Bought this because I work with computers all the time, and my wrists get a little strained.
This wrist rest is comfortable and well designed. It helps keep my wrist in a good position.
I can't help but think though that wrist rests may be a tiny bit overpriced... But if you work with computers almost 24/7, you can't do without one.
