My new Netgear WPN311 PCI wireless card was only connecting with 'poor' signal strength when in the same room as the router. This antenna fitted straight on and my signal is now 'very good' with the router back downstairs and the other side of the house. I'm very happy with the result.

I bought this to work with the Linksys WAG354G wireless(Same as found in the WGKPC354G-UK Kit,and it fits the connector fine,and improves the signal strength quite a bit(About 40 % in my case,From 1/0 bars to 3/4 bars).
It comes with a antenna and a cable and base,I simply used just the antenna fitted directly to my wireless unit.

Excellent value and works well, boosting signal significantly. The magnetic base was really useful for me too - I mounted it on a handy piece of steel.
