very nice mice

good feel, smooth scroll wheel. The wire on the 4 I bought are standard thickness and standard length.
For the money it's an excellent optical mouse that fits the colour scheme of most modern computers.
My advice, don't pay any more :-)

Can't go wrong

The feel of this mouse is really good - like a product five times it's value. The only shortfall is the slightly thinner than the norm mouse tail. (aesthetics)

Great Value
Reviewed by Anonymous Review Posted 23/02/2005
I bought this mouse as an external mouse for my laptop. It connects on a PS2 port with about 120cm of fairly flimsy cable. Construction is pretty solid apart from the cable. I had no problems installing it and it seems to function just as well as a more expensive Microsoft wireless mouse I own. Not much more you can say about a mouse except it has a scroll wheel and seems great value at this price.

not bad

An optical, scroll wheel, comfortable mouse for £3.50, excellent value.
It does have a short thin cable, but the mouse works well and has a good feel. Havent had it long, but it doesn't feel like it will fall apart at any second like some.
Made by Sweex.com It says it has a cpi of 600. You might need to adjust your mouse sensitivity like I did, and being optical it likes smooth surfaces.

Dodgy with a KVM switch
Reviewed by Anonymous Review Posted 09/12/2006
I bought one of these to use with a Windows box, and it worked fine.
I have another pair of pc's, one Linux and one Windows, which are plugged into a KVM switch. If I switch from one pc to the other, the mouse dies. This didn't happen with my previous mouse, so it looks like the new one a culprit.
This is a very reasonable mouse, unless you want to use it with a KVM switch, in which case you should steer clear, IMO.

If you can't afford owt better...

Good price for an optical mouse, it means theres no excuse for anyone to own a ball mouse.
Buttons click, scroll wheel scrolls... nice and sensitive.
Only thing keeping the value for money down is the death rate. I have owned 6 in the last 6 months, four are now deceased. This is obviously unnacceptable, however cheap they are.

Bought 2, not overly impressed
Reviewed by Matt Fisher. Review Posted 02/06/2006
I bought 2 of these mice, and would have been well pleased with their value if there wasn't the problem of the left mouse button losing sensitivity. After about a month or 2 of daily office use, both have started to drop things while dragging with the left mouse button - should'a wielded the company credit card a bit more freely I think.
This is the only complaint, so obviously as the price would suggest they are much more suited to light usage.
