The GR-154 built-in hardware-based NAT function can share CPU loading. The hardware NAT provides you high performance throughput to access Internet application.
Internet Connection Sharing
Integrated 4-port Ethernet switch, the GR-154 is able to maximize Cable or xDSL Internet connection. With the built-in DHCP server and NAT function, it allows up to 253 devices share the Internet connection at the same time.
Port Forwarding and DMZ
The GR-154 supports port forwarding and DMZ. You can enjoy the Internet game play, setup a web server and execute other applications required ports opening.

I am on VirginMedia Cable. Simple plugged in router and it worked. No setup required.
If you do not need wireless connectivity I would recomment this router. Very Cheap.

DO not buy this to replace your ISP equipment

If you intend to replace the DSL router provided by your ISP, then do not buy this item, it does not have any DSL capabilities but is a straight router.
