A pile of junk, avoid!
Reviewed by Adam. Review Posted 17/03/2011
I bought this because it was cheap and appeared to have the features I need. When it turned up, I discovered many problems. I am a computer professional with a good understanding of networking and this is by far the worst I have seen in 15 years. 1) Without running the (Windows-only?) Wizard, it's hard to find the even login (FYI it's "admin/admin"). 2) The management interface web pages are unusable due to major bugs (e.g. it seems impossible to enable WPA or adjust the DHCP server settings) and nonsense 'English'. 3) The documentation PDF (which I had to google for) is lengthy and mentions every field, but unfortunately is little use. 4) The DABS web page indicates there is a "Switch for wireless on/off", but I don't see one. 5) Also note the power/internet cables are rather short, and the internet cable has been bent very tightly causing visible wear.
