If you can hear radio transmissions or interference on your telephone you probably need an RFI (Radio Frequency Interference) filter. Modem cords can also pick up radio interference, causing unwanted internet connection problems. Just plug the filter into your telephone wall socket and your telephone or modem cable into the RFI filter.
