Excellent value - went from 1gb to 2gb on a vista laptop - turned off the paging file (vista has 1 gb footprint) and now my laptop flies without having page to a slow (5400rpm) hdd

excellent memory for macbook

A fraction of the price compared to official Apple memory. I put it in my Intel Macbook as soon as it arrived (I purchased 2 x 1gb), and OS X booted and reported the memory in and working.
I am very happy with this purchase.

Compatable with Macbook & macbook

Took a chance on this ram for my Apple macbook pro. Works perfectly no kernal panic errors.
Seems this will work ok for most of the intel Mac's inc the iMac.
OS X and Windows runs so much better now.
If you have a Mac don't bother with ram twice as much from apple or £20 more from crucial.

Good memory, works fine in Toshiba laptop
Reviewed by Mark. Review Posted 20/07/2009
Purchased Two sticks of this RAM in May 2009 to upgrade a Toshiba Satellite A100 running Windows Vista Home Premium to 2GB. One stick was faulty on arrival and had to return to dabs.com - had to have a refund as they had none in stock. Price has gone up since my purchase but still good value. I use Corsair RAM in all my equipment - highly recommended.

Corsair 1GB

Well im a bit disappointed that they dropped in price while they were being shipped to me. Oh well. Anyway they work well in an iMac. Bit of a tight squeeze but they make it in with a good push. Upgraded from 1GB and ive only noticed the speed increase while running Parallels. Otherwise ive noticed no increased performance. So if you use a virtulisation software or video editing software ...etc.. purchase. Otherwise i think youd be able to go without and cope okay.
