A dual inline memory module (DIMM) consists of a number of memory components (usually black) that are attached to a printed circuit board (usually green). The gold pins on the bottom of the DIMM provide a connection between the module and a socket on a larger printed circuit board. The pins on the front and back of a DIMM are not connected to each other. 184-pin DIMMs are used to provide DDR SDRAM memory for desktop computers.

It does what it says on the box! PC needed an upgrade from 1Gb to 2Gb RAM, you certainly notice the difference. Great value for money and you notice the boost in speed for your PC, Games have never been so cool! GET IT!!

I Installed this RAM on 18/11/06 & my computer has been running almost non-stop (22+ hrs per day) since then. It is now 4/1/07 & I have had no crashes, blue-screens or weird error messages. I upgraded from 1gb to 2gb & my computer's performance has definitely improved e.g. I no longer have to do a daily restart to free-up RAM. I would highly recommend this product.

Excellent Ram, I replaced my 2 x Crucial 512mb cards, which have been and still are great, and replaced them with these 2 x 1GB cards, Easy to install and a huge difference,noticeable instantly, Particularly when multitasking on multiple monitors. Dabs superfast delivery as usual. Recommended.
