Okay, on paper this looks like the most amazing mobo you can buy. The reality is VERY different! The XFX and EVGA 790i Ultra boards are identical products and have now had legendary amounts of problems. I had to return 2 of these boards until my third one worked properly, and this is common. Many owners have huge problems with RAM not working, GPUs not working in SLi, no overclocking, endless BSODs, even monitors getting blown up by the board! When it works, it's superb, very fast and with loads of good features. But you have to be prepared to spend at least a month getting it to work as advertised and budget for twice what you were planning to spend! EVGA's online community and support is second to none (evga.com/community) and will help all new customers getting their 790i to work, but be warned: 50% of these boards just don't work. The 50% that do are awesome pieces of kit, but the question is: Are you prepared to gamble?
