Good Price

Good priced drive for what you get. As per the previous reviewers, it is very small. The actual drive is working well at the moment. Performance seems perfectly adequate for what I need it for. Reformatted it as NTFS and so far no problem.

Big capacity, tiny size

I couldn't beleive the physical size of this product when I got my hands on it. Most portable drives claim to be pocket sized but this is the only one I've come across that you can genuinely fit into the top pocket of your shirt. I've had no issues with performance whatsoever and the 2MB cache is more than sufficient when you are transfering data via USB.

Caveat Emptor

Only time will tell whether the thin rubber cover will stand up to mobile use but it is pocket sized and portable. Plugged into my HP Desktop it worked fine first time. However the main reason for purchase was to extend the life of my 7 year old Dell Latitude - this had one USB 1.0 port and is expanded with a D-Link USB 2 PCMIA card. The Freecom Drive draws more power than the USB 2 can provide. it will work on the USB 1 but slowly.
