Bargain for this price

Everything you could want in a sub-£300 laptop. Screen and keyboard are good and sound is perfectly acceptable for basic use - indeed no worse than my Dell Latitude E6410 I use for work which was almost twice the price. Easy to setup and configure but takes a little while for the Fujitsu-branded Windows 7 installer to complete the first time. Just need to be patient. Virtually no unwanted programs installed - just a copy of Norton Internet Security which will prompt you to purchase or accept a 30 day trial. This is easily removed via the uninstall option. Pleasantly surprised by the build quality and appearance, and comes with Windows 7 media should you need to reinstall. Highly recommended.

Very good VFM, but a few niggles

(Review of 500GB model, which I got for the same price. Overall excellent value for money, but the niggles are:
1. The machine freezes up every now and then, for a few seconds. Windows or h/w problem, who knows? Not enough for me to send it back, but irritating, especially if you're doing some heavy WP or suchlike.
2. The layout of the cursor keys and the Insert, Delete, Home, End, Page Up and Page Down keys isn't too great. The cursor keys are only half the height of the character keys, and they are in line with the bottom row (space bar etc). This makes it hard to find them by feel alone, and I keep pressing the num.zero key instead. Keyboard layout on a 15.6" laptop is a problem, but other makes separate the cursor keys slightly, making them easier to use. The same goes for the Del and Home/End keys -- you need to look in order to hit them accurately.
Apart from that, no issues. Quiet, good screen, runs Win7 fine, battery lasts 3 hours+
