Slick unit !

I bought this unit together with another drive as my first purchase with Dabs. No complaints what so ever with the service I got.
This drive is so slick ! Its quiet, fast and fantastic value for money. I bought this to backup my software from laptop but tried it on my smart TV as a PVR drive and its fantastic ! It matches the finish of my TV and I have it attached by 'Velcro' on the back of the TV. It looks as its made for it !
I highly recommend this drive.

Fantastic, Fast and Fully Reliable

Hitachi has always been one of my favourite drives and this fully lives up to expectation. I have used this for a few months now and it continues to impress with its speed of operation and its reliability. It is USB 3.0 but it works really fast on the USB 2.0 port. Although it is USB powered I have had no problems with the normal computer inputs. Some portable drives need extra power but this does not. If you are using an extension hub with other devices attached then you may need to use a powered hub since the USB input needs to have enough power to operate the drive. I can not understand why Dabs has reduced the price - it was worth the original price so of how much more value is it now. After my initial experience with it I bought another two. You will not be disappointed with it.
