Does what it says on the tin

I bought this drive a few weeks ago and it has proved faultless so far. It's been in continual use and I've had no issues whatsoever with it.... taking quite a bit of hammer! It runs quiet and it's reasonable well cooled.

Drive worked okay for about a week and then the drive letter vanished. Powers on and off but cannot be seen as a device anymore :-(

received x2 today thinking thats the end to my storage worries (use one to back up the other) and NEITHER of them work ... The first one clicked a fwe times and did nothing, but at least its 'light' on the front went on. The other did absolutely nothing, no light, not even a click. It tried all combinations of cables, power sockets, usb ports, etc 'find device'simply resulted in a blue screen that I had to restore to a previous point from.
One very unhappy customer who is now returning both drives as useless.
