Dont touch with a barge pole

I bought this product about 6 months ago, to replace an old HP 2200 series printer.
It is much more expensive to run in terms of ink cartridges (c. £130 each), and gets through them very quickly, Having done about 4,000 sheets in the time that I have had it, I have had to replace all of the cartridges once, and now I am being asked to replace the rollers!
As a general day to day printer this is not what I would expect from HP and really wish I had chosen something else.
