Average print quality for text. good quality for photos. Text appears slightly elongated at times, particularly if using duplex unit. Possible to have user defined print profiles, but defaults to letter, so this makes printing a long drawn out process as you have to go into the driver and select A4 every time. Document feeder is poor. Occasionally printer refuses to believe there is paper in the feeder until you shake it a bit. Mine will end up out of the window soon, it's that annoying.
