Yep when i bought this it came with the stock fan for the cpu with thermal paste on the base of the heatsink already applied. Tho for overclocking ive went with the cooler master hyper 212+ instead

value for money should be 10*. this baby will overclock to a stabe 4.2Ghz, very easily and with turboboost added hit 4.5Ghz. per Core.
even at stock speed 2.67Ghz, performance per pound is awesome.
