Thinking and reading lots of review about Corsair, Kuhler and other water coolings, but finally decided to go with this because of the good reviews it has here
The installation is dead easy, there is a video in u tube that I didn't follow fully and found best to screw the pump and the bracket at the same time.
It is extremelly quiet and this for me was the most important thing. The LED in the fan can be turn off if it disturbs you, which I've done.
The only thing that is somehow worry is that the screws to attach the whole thing to the cpu bracket are somehow short but they stick all right. Even with heavy load, my cpu never pass 35 degrees
Get it, you won't regret it

Easy to install, effective cooling

I knew that I wanted a liquid cooling solution in my new PC. It's the most efficient way to get the heat from the CPU outside the case, and installing an i7-3930k I was expecting some serious heat.

I was caught trying to decide between this and the Corsair fans, and eventually plumbed for this one for a couple of reasons:

1) It looks nice. And I don't just mean the blue glow; the Corsair ones are ugly no matter which way you look at them

2) It is really easy to install. Check out the videos on YouTube from Intel - really easy for any supported socked (installed on s2011 for me)

3) It connects to the fan header which means the fan speed is variable, unlike the Corsairs which you have to manually set the fan speed on the pump

It's also very effective and currently in use it's spinning at an almost silent 1300RPM and the CPU is running mid 50°c's

All in all I'm very happy with my purchase

I should have bought this in the first place

I purchased this because the fan that comes with the Core i7 processor is not really up to the job of keeping an 8-core chip cool. I tried a beefier fan, but unless you have an air-con unit blowing in the back of your PC then an i7 needs a liquid cooled solution. Installation took quite a while, primarily because the instructions aren't clear. The pictures of the screws in the instructions bear no relation to the ones supplied. However with a bit of nous it was fairly easy to work out how the fan could be attached to the PC case. The actual cooler unit was a bit trickier but it's not rocket science. All in, it took me just over an hour to fit (although I could probably do it in 20 minutes if I had to do it again). It's definitely worth the effort though as this is a quiet fan. Even when going full pelt it makes a very gentle noise. Also it must work well as I can now use SpeedStep without my PC turning itself off. So, less noise and better performance - a worthwhile purchase.
