Started OK but now unreliable

Started off OK but within weeks started running into problems. Windows keeps freezing or getting corrupted. Hard to bee 100% sure it is the Kingston drive but when it starts giving problems (alnost every 2-3 days now) and I put back the WD Raptor drive from which this SSD drive was cloned it works fine.
Sometimes the BIOS wont even see it so it is all pointing to a seriously fauklty drive and it looks like I'll have to junk it. Doubt if I can get a replacememtn from KMingston even though it shoukld still be under warranty. I certaionly wont trust Kingston SSD products again
