Wow...what can I say...bought this on the back of another review as I have a Vaio S4M. Took both old Rams out and replaced with this one. Works perfectly and much faster than the old rams.

Much cheaper than Lenovo branded memory. Works a treat. Seriously considering buying a second module to give 2GB.

Dell Inspiron 6000

Works perfectly in my Dell Inspiron 6000 laptop (1.86GHz Pentium M), and is far cheaper than the Dell memory. Don't mix it with 400Mhz parts in the second socket or both will only run at 400MHz.

So far so good

Brought one of these to up the memory in my Sony vaio laptop and so far had no problems. Much better speed at a much lower cost than Sony wanted for a similar module. Now considering buying a second module to give me 2GB RAM which should manage the memory hungry simulations I run at times...

No problems at all

Just what I needed. I checked with Sony first to see what they had to offer for my Vaio and the cost was not to my liking (£349 !) so I bought this one instead.
Simple to install, clear instructions included, just remember to follow anti-static precautions ! If you are sitting on a plastic chair, on a man-made carpet and wearing shoes with man-made soles there is a very good chance of static building up !
Laptops don't have an earth connection either so disconnect from mains and also remove the battery pack.
It gave my Vaio the boost that I needed and works flawlessly, I would recommend this to anyone looking for extra RAM.

XPS generation 2

I am impresed with the overall feedback other users provided for these product. I bought 1 module about 6 months ago, with easy I installed on my new Dell XPS2 and voila!, no problems at all. I have therefore to express my satisfaction with the RAM so far. However, I was planning to buy a new extra module but now I am a little bit concerned about a possible faulty product. Will inform if something once I installed the new one...

PowerBook G4 15"
Reviewed by Nick Day. Review Posted 11/11/2005
Bought one of these to add to the 512mb in my PowerBook G4 15" - one of the new ones with the higher resolution display and DDR 2 RAM. I added it in the spare slot, and it refused to boot. After swapping the two RAM modules round - this new 1gb one in the bottom slot, and the existing 512mb one in the top slot - it worked fine! Excellent value for money, considering this same type of module currently costs around £90 elsewhere.

PowerBook G4 15" (Part 2)
Reviewed by Nick Day. Review Posted 14/11/2005
Scratch my previous review, after further use I got several kernel panics and random freezing. Whether I ran just this module in my system, or this one with the previous 512mb made no difference. The RAM is being returned.
