Good Product, Appalling Service

I bought one of these form e-buyer and it was faulty from new. Rather than send it back, Lexmark said they'd send out an engineer. They did, and he was unable to fix it. Now they claim the fault is in a consumable part, so I'll have to pay. Truly shocking customer service. The worst I've ever encountered.
