Have had this set for 10 weeks now. The picture quality is superb (well ahead of a CRT) with plenty of OS controls to tweak it if you need to. Sound quality is very good, again with the ability to be tweaked to suit you ears! I do not use it with a PC but all the connections are there. Set up straight out of the box was the best I've ever experienced...easy peasy! I highly recommend this TV...there is no downside for me.

I am unusual in that I am one of the few blokes in the world who will read a manual. I did not this time and it cost me a lot of time. Here's what happened.
Set up TV, nae bother. Tuned in TV channels easily enough. Connected son's PC to monitor (VGA to VGA) and that worked fine.
Decided to upgrade on board video on son's PC to dedicated graphics card with DVI output.
Upgraded the graphics card, changed the BIOS to switch off on board graphics. Blank screen.
Changed PC's PSU, the DVI cable, tried different graphics cards in the PC - still that blank screen.
Eventually twigged that in set up you need to tell the monitor what connector you are using - i.e. DVI, not VGA.
D'oh! Hope this helps anyone else having problems.
Monitor looking good now and working well, though the native resolution of 1900 x something is a bit too high-res for my fading eyesight.

just got my new monitor/tv. actually came early so a good start. got the tv out of the box and it looks fab, really nice design. got it hooked up to my ps3 in my room and also my cable box. looks brilliant on both, really good picture quality. the sound at first sounded bad but just needs to be configured for tv and then is sounds fine, not brilliant but fine. only has 1 hdmi and not 2 as described. also no AV input. overll though a great buy especially for gaming and at that price cant really fault it at all.

Just got the monitor this morning. thanks for the usual prompt service. Just a couple of things, not problems as such but worth a mention I think. The monitor only has 1 HDMI input, not 2 as it states in every specification I can find anywhere.It does have a USB socket though which isn't mentioned. Also, if you want to attach the monitor to a VESA wall bracket be aware that there seems to be no way, short of removing the red base, to get the stand "stub" out. It looks possible but i guess will invalidate the warranty. Can't really say more than that as i haven't switched it on yet.
