Makes the driving, racing games more realistic & fun. you can feel every bump and knock. Arrived today after only 18 hours from ordering. Plugged it into the ps3 and run up GT5...it's so responsive, far better than the ps3 pad. Not figured out the clutch or the two red wheel buttons, but all in good time. My lap times in the mines cars is way faster (approx 2 seconds a lap), using the paddle shift. Waiting for my racing tube mount to arrive in the next few days to mount it on as the plank of wood is a bit daft :) I'd recommend this for any ps3 owners into racing sims....time to get back to it and try it on nfs.

If you are serious about your driving buy this wheel. It is really well made and feels solid. As an added bonus it has the great smell of leather. I have set it up for GTR Evolution, Live for Speed and the old Mcrae Rally 2 and TOCA 2 perfectly with absolutely no problems. Also works with my Playstation 3 playing "Dirt". Now I know why the Racing Sim forums users advise people to use this wheel. I must also thank Dabs for their great delivery service. I ordered it Saturday night about midnight and it was delivered Monday morning. Every web purchase experience should be this good. BTW to put things in perspective, I'm a 58 year old "adolescent" and am not easily impressed.

i would recommend this to anyone very easy to set up, i made my own arcade car frame from timber and a sound chair with a few slight adjustments its perfect and very realistic. it seems alot of money but is worth every penny, on prologue 5 games you can really feel the car hit the curbs and the trembling on the roads, i would recommend highly that you buy from dabs as their service is excellent and very reliable, unlike another company which let me down, no problems paying through google checkout either, go on buy one you won't be disappointed

This wheel is probably worth twice the asking price, and is fully compatible with Gran Turismo 5 Prelude. I've had the wheel for a couple of months, and it's been great on everything I've tried. Alas some games (richard burns rally) is a little too unforgiving for my meagre skill level.

You're probably looking at this item and thinking, "This is too expensive - how can I justify paying that much for a peripheral?".

I was thinking the same thing but then thought, screw it, and bought the wheel. And let me tell you - it is worth every single penny. The build quality is astonishing and the feel you get from the force feedback is fantastic. The pedals also have varying resistance and ultimately give you so much more control than any other package I know of.

If you're 50/50 about buying this let me make it easy for you - if you're into your racing games (especially racing simulations) then do it now. You won't regret it.

WOW! When I first got this out of the box, I thought quality! then once I started using it! that quality just got better! Amazing response with FFB! Forget any other form or contoller! I agree with the others, get serious driving games, LIVE FOR SPEED is must, GT LEGENDS, GTR2! You feel like your right there in the real action! Turn the lights out! Turn the Volume up! and get racing!

WOW!!! U better get your wizard keyboard skillz noticed... get a grip! About the lamest thing someone could say 'I got lap times nearly as fast with a keyboard'. Next time you buy a precision wheel turn off all your driving aids and have some outa control fun while you get used to it.... Don't forget to buy some real racing titles... GTR, rfactor, F12002, GP4, NFS, Live for Speed, etc. Then use your keyboad compared with the G25 and write a real review.
