The Logitech Pro 2800 Cordless Desktop. Quality, functionality and value...three of my favourite things...all in a plain brown OEM box. It's 2.4ghz wireless technology (much better than 27mhz like cheaper sets use), it works right out of the box with Windows drivers (although I advise downloading Logitech's Setpoint software for advanced functionality), and it comes with the best wireless rodent money can buy - the Logitech MX620 laser mouse. The keyboard itself is also a high quality product - it has a smattering of the more useful multimedia keys (ones you are likely to use and not the unnecessary ones you find on other sets), it is nice to look at, and it works at a decent range from the USB dongle (though not quite the full 10m it advertises). One thing *slightly* lets it down...it is quite 'clicky' in operation...but I've heard much louder. If this is a real issue for you, I suggest a quieter model...but I don't mind it so I won't deduct points. Well worth the five shiny stars!
