It takes less than 10 seconds for the projectors to power up and shutdown which makes the EX530 not only save time but energy too. With timer control function to turn the projector off when its not longer being used helps to save energy and extend the lamp life of the projector which is an astonishing 4000 hours.

Bought this projector about 2 weeks ago and its got to be the best buy i have had for ages.It has a superb picture (Native XGA 1024 x 768).I have connected it up to my sky and dvd and wii console and it is superb!!! I was looking for the best price for the highest spec and this one did all of that,because of the new design you have got no filters to clean and the replacement bulbs are about £120.Its also realy quiet when on and has a massive 2600 lumes(brightness).Also it shuts down in about 10 seconds.This is so much better than my old sony vpl-es3 projector in every way.Only one critisism i would have is sometimes when you switch it on the colours take a couple of seconds to adjust but thats all and its only sometimes and you cant really tell.Overall this is awsome A++
