Hi, got this lap top for my boy at christmas (2012) and now (March 2013) lm having to send it back as the screen has gone. Looked at a few forums on the net and it looks like this has been going on since 2009!!!!. Shame because the lap top does all the other things you need it to do, and really well. Kevin
