N O T E : the SoundPoint SE225 does N O T have caller ID. You won't find this out until you have bought the telephone and you notice the tiny sticker on the box. Apparently this is yet another company that didn't realise there is a world outside North America: CCITT caller ID was too difficult to implement so PolyCom deleted callerID and didn't bother telling its distributors
