EPG Guide painfully slow

The guide is very slow, the subsequent setting of the recorder then is just as slow and you never know if your press of the remote has worked first press so you select what you dont want. Very dissapointed and wont buy another samsung recorder or device with a guide. Bought Sony for same money much better value and a guide that works
