Quality BluRay player but no WiFi

I bought this as an xmas present for my daughter and out of the box I was impressed, stunning looks, slimline, wall mountable, all good. Setup was easy and the quality of the player is outstanding. HOWEVER, I couldn’t actually find out about the quality until the shops were open again after xmas as there is no HD cable provided, very annoying but at least inexpensive. Then the larger disappointment: although stated to be WiFi ready, it isnt! you have to purchase a separate dongle at £50.00, very annoying, meaning I cant use the main selling point for me which was the YouTube access etc. I took WiFi ready to me mean, that you need the appropriate means of WiFi network e.g. WiFi router which of course I have. So for anyone who is thinking of buying this, just something to bear in mind.
