Not as good as I had hoped

I was rather disappointed with this. On the plus side it looks attractive and is a good size for me - not too big or small. It's easy to set up and the touch sensitive controls are cool, if a little gimmicky. I haven't looked into Samsung's environmental claims to ensure they are valid, but I much appreciate any steps in this direction. However, there is no way to alter the height or angle of the screen. I like to have the screen tilted back a little but this monitor is fixed to be vertical. Also, the picture quality is not great. It's usable, but put next to my MacBook Pro screen it is just blown away. The MacBook screen is far crisper, brighter and more attractive. The Dell monitor I have at work also has a better picture (though of course I haven't done a side-by-side comparison). If you're thinking about buying this monitor, I strongly suggest you see it in person first before making your decision.
