I was at first a little hesitant, the price seemed too good to be true, but I bought the drive remembering DABS excellent returns policy which I have used before, the drive is an excellent back up drive as well as storage for all the mp3's and films I had scattered over 5 smaller external drives I was using. Overall experience with this drive:delivery - fast and very well packed,Appearance:Plano black, gorgeous, performance:quiet and fast transfer of files, excellent value with the usual DABS service. Overall I really love this drive and I am going to buy another as a back up to this drive.

Fastest failing drive I've ever had.

Lasted a whole 2 weeks before failing with the infamous Seagate 'click of death'. As this was the 3rd Seagate drive failure I had suffered in 6 months (I bought it to act as a backup in case anymore failed after the first 2 went), I replaced the remaining 5 seagate drives and have vowed never to buy seagate again.
