Not Quite Compatible

When I connected this to my SATA-150 Abit NF8 motherboard, the BIOS recognised it only intermittently on power-up. I have had a Hitachi HDP725025GLA380 SATA-300 drive connected to the motherboard for about a year without problem. Throttling the ST3750528AS back to SATA-150 with a jumper appears to have fixed the problem - so much for SATA-300 being backwards compatible with SATA-150. I’m giving the drive 4 stars as it proved less compatible than the Hitachi one.
