This is actually a very good bit of kit, with a noticeable step up in picture quality from my Slingbox classic. It has built in freeview and you can connect it to your sky box (in my case SKY + HD) and stream a pretty good picture over your home wireless network or remotely (though not as good quality) over the internet to where ever you are.
Its supremely handy of you travel a lot and fine yourself in foreign lands. Now you can logon to your home system and watch your tv and control your skybox just like you to at home. Its slightly fiddly to set up but Sling have a very good technical support section will can temporarily take over your pc or mac and set it all up for you remotely!

I got too excited about this product - it has HD (1080i) it has multiple in and outs and Freeview. It can also supply media feeds to your PC laptop and PDA(3g) over the internet and though network. Sounds good. But...it will only allow one user at a time though its own client software. In addition you can't directly use Windows media Player (it does use WMP10 sub layer) - I have checked these facts with their technical support. For me thats a failure in a product costing nearly £200. Keep your money in your pocket. Disappointed - maybe they will make improvements.
