I'm running Linux. With my Asus motherboard and 4 gig of RAM, its quite potent. I can encode vide0 and surf with ease. Having the OS installed on an SSD hard drive, watching it boot up is blazingly fast. Leave Windows 7 loading whilst I'm loading my web browser, ha ha Microsoft sucks.

Umm it worked, so how can I say something bad - you can read the performance specs. But I think this is a lot of processor for the money.
And yes it does come with a fan and heatsink (with preapplied heatsink material) - but don't they all?

I’ve always been a AMD guy and I certainly have nothing bad to say about this new line in processor.
I have it running Windows 7 Professional 64bit with 4GB of RAM on an Asus motherboard and even under full load the temperature never goes over 45 degrease. I’m particularly pleased about the included virtualisation support which I am using with Sun Microsystems Virtual Box.
Inside the box is the usual AMD deal with the CPU, Heat sink/Fan and a certificate of authenticity.
