Great midrange monitor

We ordered this on the 24th January, and, after numerous changes in lead time, it arrived two weeks after easter. Although this is more of a problem with dab's suppliers. The monitor itself was around £110 when we ordered it, a great deal for an HD dvi monitor. The monitor's claimed resolution of 1920*1080 does not seem to be avialable through windows with my laptop (1680*1050 max), but I beleive this is a problem with the mediocre graphics card in the laptop (8400m GS). Due to the monitor's relatively small size compared to resoltion, the pixel density is very good. At close veiwing the display does, however appear to be slightly blurry on small text, but with some tweaking and just getting use to it, this problem was considerably reduced. Aesthetically speaking the design of the monitor is very sleek, without being evidently showy. No DVI cable was included, but a VGA cable was, but for the price having to buy one is not the end of the world.

This monitor would have been OK but I have received opened stock with some damage to the menu buttons.I am disappointed with customer service for sending this and for the difficulty I am having in returning it.
