Box Office is optimized for full 1080P HD video playback, includes the latest in video processing technology, and a Dolby®/DTS™ encoder to create a stunning HD video and 5.1/7.1 channel surround sound experience on your home entertainment system. With support for the most popular media formats (H.264, ISO, VOB, DivX, xVid, MKV, MOV, MPEG and more) you can remove the limits of your media collection. Box Office offers a variety of ways to connect to your media library: 3 USB ports for any USB storage device, internal 2.5" hard drive (not included), UPnP streaming, 10/100 Ethernet connection and optional WiFi USB adapter. For the money you just simply cannot knock this item. It has played everything I have thrown at it so far without any issues. I've yet to install an internal HDD but I do not expect any problems with that either. It's perfect for filling up with films for the kids and taking on holiday to keep them occupied [when they aren't outside!] Definitely would recommend this to anyone.

On unpacking this item I was very impressed with the overall appearance, neat and compact unit. Also with full-function remote control. Item came complete with everything required to get it up and running immediately. On switching on, after initial boot-up displayed a well-ordered menu system. Tried various media files from memory stick, all played perfectly including mpeg ts system which I have had various problems with using other media players . I have since installed hard drive which was recognised immediately, formatted and added various files, all of which play perfectly. Would gladly recommend this product to anyone looking for a top-quality media player at a good price.
